Valour Agrifood Ventures Ltd is a registered Nigerian agribusiness enterprise incorporated on April 18, 2019 (RC 1578574). The company operates a fully integrated cassava processing facility in Delta State with the capacity to process 140 tonnes of cassava daily and over 50,000 tonnes annually. Our products include Ethanol, Industrial & Food-Grade Starch, Animal Feed, High-Quality Cassava Flour, and Fufu Flour. The company was established to drive rural wealth creation and sustainable development within the cassava value chain.

Valour Agrifood Ventures Limited is a Nigerian agribusiness company incorporated on April 18, 2019 (RC No. 1578574), and a subsidiary of Valour Integrated Company Limited, which has been operational since 2007.

Valour Agrifood Ventures operates a fully integrated cassava processing facility in Delta State, with the capacity to process 140 tonnes of cassava daily and over 50,000 tonnes annually. Our product range includes High-Quality Cassava Flour, Cassava Chips, Industrial and Food-Grade Starch, Ethanol, Animal Feed and Fufu Flour, serving both consumer and industrial markets.

We have cultivated and acquired over 90 hectares of palm plantations, all in productive stages and well maintained. In addition, we work closely with indigenous farmers managing more than 5,000 hectares of cassava farms. Through structured off-take arrangements and farmer training programs, we ensure a steady supply of raw materials while creating sustainable income opportunities for rural communities.

Beyond cassava and palm produce, we also market and distribute Bitter Kola, Kola Nut, Hibiscus, and Shea Butter.

Awele Elue

CEO/Managing Director

Awele is a seasoned businesswoman, has LLB in Law with years of experience in the manufacturing sector. A born vibrant and a connoisseur of quality service by nature who has from youth been enamoured with the complicated process of supply and demand. She has over the past 16 years successfully managed and run a string of companies Valour Integrated Company Limited and Relish Events & Tents co.; specializing in aggressive marketing, project execution and human relationships. She also served as a senior state council to the Delta State Government, perfecting her skills in legal drafting, arbitration and conciliation. She’ll drive the company’s growth and oversee the daily operations of the company.

Nneka Ene

Director

Nneka has over 17 years of relevant business management, business development, marketing, account management and project management experience. She earned a degree in Pharmacy from the University of Benin in 1994 and after practicing pharmacy for 5 years, her career took a sudden turn into business and technology. Nneka serves on the board of a number of reputable companies such as Nathanclaire Africa and Hospitality and Logistics Africa, where she was the Managing Director.

Ehizogie Esezobor

Company Secretary/ Legal Adviser

Ehizogie Esezobor is a dual-qualified Nigerian lawyer and Solicitor of England & Wales with over 20 years of experience advising businesses on corporate and commercial transactions, energy, regulatory compliance, contract structuring, dispute resolution, debt recovery, insolvency and cross-border matters.

As Senior Partner of E&P Legal, he has advised Nigerian and international businesses on complex commercial arrangements, negotiations, project and supply contracts, corporate governance, risk management and enforcement. His international practice and understanding of the energy and commercial sectors position him to provide strategic legal support to Valour Agrifood Ventures Ltd and Valour Energy Ltd, particularly in relation to commercial contracting, agribusiness and supply-chain arrangements, energy and lubricant operations, regulatory compliance, financing and investment transactions, corporate governance, dispute prevention and the companies’ local and international expansion.

He brings to the role a combination of senior legal experience, commercial judgment and a practical business-oriented approach to legal risk and growth.
